These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”) that connects users with professional handyman service providers across the UAE. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Servy acts as a marketplace connecting users with independent service providers. We do not directly provide handyman services and are not responsible for the quality, timing, legality, or any aspect of the services provided by the service providers.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking a service.

  • Ensure access to the property for the service provider at the scheduled time.

  • Treat service providers respectfully and professionally.

  • Pay all applicable fees as shown in the booking summary.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking within the time window specified in the app.

  • Cancellations made after the specified window may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged a full or partial service fee.

5. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via the app using approved payment methods.

  • Service fees, taxes, and any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before confirmation.

6. Service Provider Disclaimer

Service providers listed on servy are independent contractors. We are not liable for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from their services. In case of a dispute, we will assist both parties to reach a fair resolution, but we are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation unless explicitly stated.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform or:

  • Post false information or impersonate others.

  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the Platform.

  • Violate applicable UAE laws or regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or services booked through it.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of [App Name] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written consent.

10. Privacy
