Refund Policy

At Servy, we are committed to providing high-quality handyman services that meet your needs. Since all services are paid Cash on Delivery (COD), this policy explains when you can cancel a booking and how refunds (if applicable) are handled.


1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Before Provider Acceptance: You may cancel a booking at any time before the service provider accepts it. No payment is required yet, so no refund is necessary.

  • Provider Unavailability: If a service provider cannot attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider may cancel the booking. You will not be charged for this service.

  • Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your booking. Servy will assist in finding a new appointment time that works for you.


2. Refunds (COD)

Since payments are collected in cash:

  • No refund is required if the service has not been provided.

  • If the provider collects cash in error or there is a dispute about the payment amount, Servy will work with you and the provider to resolve the issue fairly.
